No. HubSpot's Gmail integration is deeper than Streak's - two-way sync, sequence sending, template insertion, meeting booking, and AI-assisted writing all happen inside Gmail. You keep working from your inbox, but with a real CRM behind it.

How are Boxes migrated?

Boxes become Deals, Contacts, or Companies depending on what each pipeline actually tracked. A sales pipeline's boxes become Deals. A customer-tracking pipeline's boxes become Companies or Contacts. We decide during discovery.

Can you migrate our email thread history?

Yes. Every email thread linked to a Streak box becomes engagement records on the corresponding HubSpot record, preserving timestamps, recipients, and content.

What happens to Magic Columns?

Magic Columns map to HubSpot property types based on what they're calculating or pulling. Formula columns become calculated properties. Linked Pipelines columns become HubSpot associations.

Will we lose any data?

No. Every box, column value, thread link, comment, and file moves with full fidelity. Counts are reconciled on both sides before sign-off.

How long does a Streak to HubSpot migration take?

Most Streak migrations run 4 to 6 weeks. Smaller setups can finish in 3 weeks. Larger setups with extensive pipelines and a marketing / helpdesk consolidation can take up to 8 weeks.

Is there any downtime?
