Are you replacing all of Odoo?

No - and we don't recommend it for most companies. Odoo is exceptional at ERP, accounting, inventory, and manufacturing. The right architecture is moving sales / marketing / service to HubSpot while Odoo keeps running ERP, with a clean integration between them.

Can you migrate from Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise?

Yes. Both versions are supported. Community migrations typically use direct database access for the cleanest possible extract. Enterprise migrations use XML-RPC and the standard Odoo APIs.

What happens to our Python customizations?

Python that supports sales logic is reviewed and replaced with HubSpot Workflows. Python that supports ERP-side logic stays in Odoo. We don't duplicate code across systems.

How does the HubSpot-Odoo integration work?

We use a production-grade integration (custom-built or via Celigo / Make) to sync res.partner records, sales orders, and invoice data bidirectionally. Sales works in HubSpot; finance and ops work in Odoo.

Can you migrate Custom Models from Odoo?

Yes. Custom Models on the CRM side map to HubSpot Custom Objects with relationships preserved. ERP-side Custom Models stay in Odoo.

What about Odoo Marketing and Email Marketing modules?

Will we lose any data?

No. Every contact, lead, opportunity, activity, and Custom Model record on the CRM side moves with full history. Counts are reconciled before sign-off.

How long does an Odoo CRM to HubSpot migration take?

Most Odoo CRM migrations run 8 to 11 weeks. Larger or more customized Odoo environments with extensive Python modules can take up to 14 weeks.

Is there any downtime?

No. Odoo stays fully operational. The HubSpot cutover is scheduled around your sales and finance periods.
