Omnisend's Shopify sync is replaced with HubSpot's native Shopify integration. Order, customer, abandoned cart, and product view data continues to sync. Historical commerce data migrates intact.

Can you migrate Omnisend SMS data?

Yes. SMS consent records, opt-out lists, and engagement history migrate to HubSpot contact records. SMS automation is rebuilt using HubSpot SMS or Twilio via HubSpot integration - depending on your geography and sending volume.

Will we lose any contacts or engagement history?
