Should we keep Salesforce when we move off Pardot?

You can. HubSpot has a deep native Salesforce integration that replaces Pardot's connector. Many enterprise teams keep Salesforce as the CRM system of record and use HubSpot as the marketing platform - getting modern marketing UX at lower TCO while preserving Salesforce investments.

Can you migrate Engagement Studio programs?

Yes. Every active Engagement Studio program is rebuilt as a HubSpot Workflow nurture sequence with the same path logic, content branching, and transition rules - but in a no-code builder marketing ops can maintain.

What happens to our Pardot Scoring and Grading?

Score and Grade history migrates. The scoring and grading models are rebuilt in HubSpot's scoring engine. Most teams find HubSpot's scoring produces comparable or better results because of richer behavioral signals from the unified data model.

Can you migrate Pardot Custom Redirects?

What about B2B Marketing Analytics?

B2B MA's attribution reporting is replaced by HubSpot's native multi-touch attribution included in Marketing Hub Pro and Enterprise. The separate B2B MA license can be retired with the Pardot license.

Will our Pardot forms keep working during migration?

Yes. Pardot Forms stay live until cutover. New forms are built as HubSpot Forms in parallel. At cutover, Pardot Form Handlers are replaced and traffic redirects to the HubSpot Forms - with no submission loss.

Is there any downtime?

No. Pardot stays live during preparation. Cutover is scheduled outside business hours with a final delta sync, Salesforce connector switchover, Tracker code replacement, and sender domain warmup all handled in advance.
