What happens to our Freshsales workflows and sequences?

Every workflow is rebuilt in HubSpot's native workflow builder. Sequences become HubSpot Sequences. The same outcomes, but with more depth - multi-object automation, conditional branching, and unlimited delays.

Can you migrate Freddy AI scoring rules?

Freddy scoring isn't directly portable, but we configure HubSpot's predictive scoring or build a custom scoring model that captures the same logic. In most cases, the HubSpot scoring is more accurate.

Will we lose any data during migration?

No. Every contact, account, deal, ticket, and activity moves with full history. Counts are reconciled before sign-off.

Can you migrate custom modules from Freshsales?

Yes. Custom modules become HubSpot Custom Objects with relationships preserved.

How long does a Freshsales to HubSpot migration take?
