No. Brevo is Sendinblue's new name - the platform, API, and data model are the same. Whether your account is branded Sendinblue or Brevo, the migration approach is identical.

What happens to our transactional emails and SMTP relay?

Transactional templates migrate to HubSpot Transactional Email. SMTP relay can be replaced with HubSpot's transactional service or kept with your existing SMTP provider - we help you choose based on volume and complexity.

Can you migrate our SMS campaigns?

Yes. SMS history migrates with the contact record. Going forward, you can use HubSpot SMS or continue with Twilio via HubSpot's Twilio integration. We help you decide based on your geography and volume.

What about Brevo's pay-per-send pricing - will HubSpot be more expensive?

Usually no, especially at scale. HubSpot's contact-based pricing covers unlimited sends, plus includes CRM, service hub, and CMS features that Brevo charges separately for. The total stack often comes out lower.

Will we lose any contacts or engagement history?

No. Every contact, list membership, attribute value, and engagement event migrates. Counts are reconciled on both sides before sign-off.

Yes. Brevo Conversations data migrates to HubSpot Conversations. The chat widget on your site is replaced with HubSpot's, and historical conversations are tied to the right contact.
