Will our active Sequence enrollments survive the migration?

Yes. Contacts mid-Sequence on cutover day are re-enrolled in the equivalent HubSpot Sequence at the right step - not restarted from step one. We map every Sequence's step structure before cutover.

Do we have to give up Apollo data entirely?

No. You can keep Apollo data via API integration into HubSpot, switch to a different enrichment vendor (Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Cognism), or use multiple sources. The decision is decoupled from the engagement-platform decision - that's the point of the migration.

What happens to Apollo Plays?

Every Play is rebuilt as a HubSpot Workflow with the same enrollment criteria, branching, and outputs. Most teams take the opportunity to extend the logic, since HubSpot Workflows are deeper than Apollo Plays.

How do you handle data hygiene during migration?

Migration includes a deduplication pass, an email validation pass via NeverBounce or ZeroBounce, and a stale-contact archive (anything not engaged in 18+ months). HubSpot starts with a clean baseline.

What about Apollo intent signals?

Intent data flows into HubSpot via the Apollo API, or is replaced by another intent vendor (Bombora, G2, 6sense). Either way, the signals enroll contacts into HubSpot Workflows that drive task creation, list membership, and pipeline alerts.

Will our reps lose the Chrome extension workflow?

No. Reps move from the Apollo Chrome extension on LinkedIn to HubSpot's LinkedIn integration plus the HubSpot Sales extension. The prospect-to-CRM speed is the same; the data flow is cleaner.
