What if our custom CRM is barely documented?

That's the most common case. We work backwards from the database schema and application code, talk to anyone who still understands parts of the system, and validate every business rule with your team before rebuilding it in HubSpot.

Can you preserve unique data types we built?

Is there any downtime?

Do we need our original developers to help?
