What happens to our Power Automate flows?

Every flow is rebuilt natively in HubSpot Workflows. Where the logic genuinely requires custom code, we replace Power Automate with webhooks called from HubSpot, so you're no longer dependent on Microsoft licensing.

Can you migrate Dynamics Marketing and Customer Insights data?

Yes. Marketing Lists, Customer Journeys, and Customer Insights unified profiles all merge into HubSpot's contact model. You replace two separate modules with one.

Will we lose Outlook and Teams integration?

No. HubSpot's Outlook and Teams integrations are natively built and often work better than Dynamics' built-in versions. Your reps keep using the same Microsoft tools.

What about our Power BI dashboards?
