Leva Medical's patient records lived in Nextech, separate from the HubSpot campaigns built to reach those same patients. HubXpert connected the two systems with a secure, real-time sync, so patient data and marketing finally run from the same source.
Bookings arrived from Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda and direct calls, then scattered across five systems that did not talk to each other. Upsells were invisible, guest emails went nowhere, and the accounts were reconciled by hand. HubXpert built one integration layer that keeps bookings, upsells, guest data and finance in constant sync.

An Australian TRT provider was running a clinical treatment journey on a project management tool, a shared inbox and manual invoices. Clients had no way to see where they stood. HubXpert built a connected client portal and staff portal on HubSpot that carries the full journey, from intake and triage through bloodwork review, prescribing and ongoing resupply.
Cornerstone ran its CRM data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and needed it moved to HubSpot without losing a single record or disrupting daily work. HubXpert migrated contacts, companies, deals, activities, and attachments while keeping every relationship between them intact.
AMPED Pipeline, a HubSpot Platinum Partner, helps B2B companies grow via inbound marketing. HubXpert created a cold email program targeting executives and marketing leaders fitting AMPED's ideal customer profile.
A Fifth Avenue cosmetic surgery practice was running a 900-lead month on Post-it notes and spreadsheets. HubXpert rebuilt the sales and marketing lifecycle inside HubSpot, from first inquiry through repeat treatment.
