WhiteVillas, a luxury villa brand based in Turks & Caicos, was using multiple tools like Duve and Guesty to manage guest communications, bookings, and marketing automations. However, the fragmented system created silos — no centralized visibility, no unified reporting, and no clear lifecycle management. HubXpert helped WhiteVillas migrate and rebuild their entire marketing ecosystem inside HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional. From automated guest communications to lead scoring, cross-sell opportunities, and dynamic campaigns — HubSpot became their central operating system for marketing, sales, and guest experience.
HubSpot – Trengo to Service Hub Migration for an E-Commerce Provider Pinkcube
Pinkcube, a Netherlands-based eCommerce company that provides custom merchandise for both B2B and B2C clients, was managing customer support through multiple disconnected systems — including Trengo. As their ticket volume crossed 200K, managing service operations, routing, and reporting became increasingly complex. HubXpert migrated their entire support infrastructure to HubSpot Service Hub Professional, transferring over 200K tickets while maintaining data accuracy and continuity.
